We offer a vast range of surgical and non-surgical treatments and services to local and international clients including: lipo without surgery; an exciting breakthrough in body contouring. It combines radio frequency, lymphatic drainage and cell stimulation which minimizes cellulite and reduces size.

Skin-care packages include microdermabrasion: a non-chemical, non-invasive procedure to improve skin tone and texture by buffing away the outermost layer of dead cells using a diamond-tipped instrument. This is perfect to reduce acne scars, sun damage and facial imperfections.

To revitalize the face we have the platelet-rich plasma treatment which helps stimulate production of collagen which renews the skin minimizing fine lines, scar tissue and gives the face a healthy glow. This can also be used on the chest, hands, scalp and neck. Botox is a global favourite which works by relaxing muscles which allows lines and wrinkles to fade away. This treatment is usually effective got around 4-6 months. We also offer dermal fillers, chemical peeling and deep-hydration treatments.

Our plastic and reconstructive surgery is second to none. With over 40 years’ experience in his field, our in-house plastic surgeon is Dr Miguel Alfaro Davilla is totally committed to the vocation which has become his life’s work. A graduate of University of Costa Rica, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and University of Missouri, he is currently a member of CIMA San Jose Hospital. He performs rhinoplasty (nose), breast augmentation, tummy tucks, ear reconstruction, face and neck lifts and every aspect of reconstructive surgery.
