Initially, fat is removed via liposuction from your body, which is refined and processed before being re-injected into specific places on the buttocks. Often, the butt cheeks are sculpted, as fat may be removed from the top and bottom of the butt cheeks and then re-injected into the middle area to add volume. This is done under local sedation and can take around three hours.
