You may have decided to remove your implants for a number of reasons - perhaps you'd like to go smaller, or have a more natural look, or something may be wrong with the implant itself. Whatever the reason for your breast revision, in Mexico you can find a quality-checked surgeon at a price that’s around 50% less than at home.
Breast revision surgery is carried out to address issues following a breast augmentation with implants. Sometimes, the choice of implant may be causing aesthetic or medical problems. In other cases, a patient may want to alter the size or shape of the existing implants.
Common uses for breast revision surgery are:
Americans and Canadians discovered decades ago that Mexico was the place to come to for affordable medical and dental procedures. While the quality could not necessarily be relied upon back then, this has changed immeasurably in recent years.
Mexico is now a leading medical tourist destination, rivaling Thailand as the preferred choice for low-cost surgery.
Just as in the United States, Mexico has fully-qualified, specialist surgeons; first-rate facilities and an infrastructure to give you outstanding medical care; a personalized, professional service that is high on customer satisfaction and costs that are at least 50% lower than in the US.
Mexico is a vast country; from locations near the border, like Tijuana, to world-renowned vacation resorts such as Cancun, as well as the capital, Mexico City, you're bound to be able to find a location that suits you and your budget.
If you’re contemplating surgery anywhere in the world, you really should do your own due diligence and research your surgeon and clinic/hospital.

Breast revision surgery generally takes between one and three hours; the length of time and the actual procedure is determined by the extent of the breast revision you require.
Moving implants, manipulating scar tissue, or increasing the size of the implant will obviously take longer than a like-for-like swap of the same sized implant in the same position.
You will be given a general anesthetic for your surgery, and your surgeon will make incisions in the existing scars. After the old implant has been removed or replaced, your wound will be stitched, so that there will be no new scarring.
Breast revision in Mexico costs, on average, $3,000. This is compared to $6,000 in the United States.
