Lip enhancement in Bali will give you the fuller lips you want while enjoying a holiday on this popular island.
Getting that pouty look is easier and more affordable than ever, with treatments ranging from cosmetic surgery to minimally invasive procedures. Fillers are now very popular for lip enhancement and FDA approved options include Restylane Silk, Restylane-L, Restylane injectable gel, Juvederm Volbella XC, Radiesse and collagen fillers like Cosmoderm and Cosmoplast.
Fillers can be used to give quick results that may be temporary or need topping up at regular intervals if you are happy with the results. However, not everything is treatable with fillers. You may need surgery if:

Your lips are asymmetric and need correcting
You need a lip lift or you require implants

The time taken for the treatment will depend on the exact procedure you are having done.
If it’s only fillers being used, the procedure is easy and relatively painless except for minor stinging pain. Just like Botox injections, the whole procedure can take as little as half an hour. While hyaluronic acid-based fillers are commonly used, you may opt for collagen-based fillers or use fat transfer. Each product has its advantages and disadvantages and you and the doctor can take a call accordingly.
Immediate results will be noticeable as the lips will swell up. However, this will reduce over the next few days and your lips won’t have such an exaggerated swollen look. You can read more about dermal fillers with Medical Departures here.
If surgery is called for, it may take up to an hour and you’ll normally be given local anesthesia. After the surgery, you will have to be careful for a week and follow medical advice regarding stitches, which may have to be removed.
