Hair Transplants

Hair transplants are carried out by an American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS) certified surgeon. Hairsmith offers two proven hair transplantation techniques, including FUE and FUT. In both techniques, hair is removed from a donor area (usually from the lower back of the head) to a recipient. The transplanted hair will begin to grow in the new area, and after a period of 8-12 months the results will be full and natural. The new hair follicles are not affected by the hormone DHT, which causes hair loss, so the hair will continue to grow.

Scalp Micropigmentation

Scalp micropigmentation is a method of tattooing the scalp with tiny, pin-pricks of pigmentation to make thinning hair appear thicker. This practitioner’s skill is essential for the success for this treatment to ensure the pigment colour matches and appears natural.
