The Brazilian butt lift can be performed using your own fat harvested from another part of your body, or implants, or a combination of both. When using fat from your own body, it is removed with liposuction, processed and refined and then reinjected into the buttocks as microfine droplets.

Whichever method is used, it is worth noting that you will not be able to sit down on hard surfaces for up to three weeks; to ensure you get the best possible results, you will be asked lie on your stomach as much as you can.
