Medical Team:
The medical team is led by Dr. Saran Wannachamras, who serves as the Head of the Rhinoplasty Department. He specializes in rhinoplasty and sex reassignment procedures (SRS), holding a Bachelor of Medicine from Chulalongkorn University and has completed a Physician Training Program in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at East Virginia School.
He holds a Certificate of Knowledge and Expertise in Medical Practice from the Institute of Orthopedic Surgery, the Medical Council of Thailand (1995), and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Science in Clinical Surgery from Chulalongkorn University (1993). Fluent in Thai and English, He’s a respected member of several prestigious organizations, including the Society of Plastic Aesthetic Surgeons of Thailand, the Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand, and the International College of Surgeons.

- Dr. Sarut Chaisrisawadisuk is a highly trained plastic surgeon specializing in craniomaxillofacial and facial feminization surgeries. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand, in 2009. Dr. Chaisrisawadisuk has undergone extensive specialty training, including a fellowship in the Facial Feminization Surgery Training Program in Spain in 2019, and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery at the Women's and Children's Hospital and Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia, in 2021. He is an active member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

At first, I was scared because eyelid surgery involves local anesthesia. The doctor will ask you to open and close your eyes to check the results before finishing. But it turned out to be painless, even when the first anesthesia injection was given to the eyelid area (it hurt less than a vaccine shot, haha). After the second anesthesia injection, I didn't feel anything. It took less than an hour, and I could go home. I felt a slight sting when the anesthesia wore off, but after taking a painkiller and sleeping, I woke up without any pain. On the first night, I slept with my head elevated. On the first day, the wound wasn't as swollen as I expected, and the swelling decreased every day. Initially, it might look uneven, but once the swelling subsided, it looked perfectly symmetrical and very natural, as if nothing had been done. There were no scars (and I didn't even diligently apply scar cream, haha). It took a long time to feel like everything was in place, over 6 months. (The last photo is 10 months after the procedure.) I'm very happy with the results. My eyes look great with eyeliner, just like the Korean reference. I'll definitely come back here for more facial procedures.

If I could give more than 5 I would. Very new hospital dedicated to all cosmetic needs and wants. I was welcomed in warmly and made to feel very comfortable with all 3 visits including my 1 overnight stay. The nurses were attentive, kind and made me laugh with good natured humour, I was even left with my own English speaking translator to sleep in the next room, even though the majority of the staff spoke English clearly. The hospital was clean and modern. My surgery is perfect, all the equipment was brand new. The anaesthetist was great, the IV was put in first attempt I was given anti inflammatory and anti biotic intravenously during my stay and sent home with medication and clear instructions on post care. My private room was set up with a second bed so I could have a friend stay if I had wanted, my own bathroom looked more like a clean hotel than hospital, I had options of Netflix and other streaming services all included in the cost. And my dietary needs were met. My follow up appointment was quick and painless. Clean, professional and comfortable. Thank you to the nurses on ward 3. I highly recommend Wansiri hospital.
