I devoted my life to work (in two schools), being a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister and a housewife and forgot to take care of myself. October 2016I am a retired firefighter. In the early nineteen- nineties, I found myself involved in mockery on the part of my colleagues and bosses, as well as people in general because of my increasing weight. In 2010 I began to seek help taking into account the health problems that I had with morbid obesity grade III 160 kg (352 LBs), diabetes mellitus, sleep apnea, hypertension, joint pain, among others. I started my protocol in a public hospital, but I left because I was involved in an even more serious health problem, I had to undergo emergency surgery in the IMSS for sigmoid volvulus, where I had a colostomy ( The surgical wound due to my diabetes problem did not heal in eight months), so I had to retire from my job of 30 years in 2012. In 2014 I started the task of resuming the protocol of bariatric surgery. In October I was introduced to the surgeon Eduardo del Villar Madrigal MD and his team of specialists from the Metabolic and Bariatric Center. In December of 2014 I had a gastric bypass surgery. I considerably began to lose weight under the care and supervision of this team of professionals, so that almost a year after surgery my health problems have improved. In November of 2015 I performed another surgery that reconnected my colon. At the present time I weight of 90 kg (198 LBs), my blood sugar levels are normal, as is my blood pressure. I feel pretty good health and am no longer take any medication.

August 2016Hi, I'm Jesus and I now have a second chance to live a healthy life, until two years ago I was suffering from hypertension, hemorrhoids, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, circulation problems in legs, fatty liver, pre-diabetic and other symptoms that account for a disorder in my metabolism and that severely affected my quality of life.
