June 2014I usually goes to Ortigas Branch but now I tried at St. Lukes E-Rodriguez branch its my 2nd time. (No Mask as first step? No Massaging of face even in quick seconds?? Even some of the routine that Ortigas Branch usually do to me on my facial cleaning were missing?? - Why is that so?! Also, the Staff who handle me was not accomodating unlike in Ortigas Branch, but the only good thing is the receptionist assigned to St. Lukes a while ago she's nice - others not even Smiling? Is it because they saw me for the first time?!) Just want to know if there is a different strategy on the branches that you have. Sorry, but honestly I dont feel welcome at your St. Lukes Nazal Branch frown emoticon I feel disappointed If Ortigas is not far from my convenience i will still choose to undergo my facial cleaning monthly there frown emoticon Hopefully you'll give response on my concern. Thanks!
