January 2016It is my first time writing a review. I have been on different kinds of diet and I was successful in losing 5 kgs. However, the problem was to keep up the weight! It was one thing to not eat and lose weight but it was really difficult to maintain the weight that I lost. So I wanted to get some help from the professionals. I thought 3month program from Miall might be too long but I was able to lose weight with the healthy weight loss program. I lost 7 kgs already and it hasn’t been 3 months yet! I don’t have to worry so much about maintaining my weight since it wasn’t one of my old diets where I lost weight because I simply didn’t eat.

First, I thought it will come and go but they started to cover my whole face. I’ve never had facial skin treatment before so I didn’t know how to get help. I looked up in the Internet and found Miall. The price was not too expensive to get the facial treatment so I was able to persuade my parents. I took Chinese medicine, treatment, and home self-treatment. After following the instructions, my face started to clear up and most of the red spots went away by the fourth month.
