It is my first time writing a review. I have been on different kinds of diet and I was successful in losing 5 kgs. However, the problem was to keep up the weight! It was one thing to not eat and lose weight but it was really difficult to maintain the weight that I lost. So I wanted to get some help from the professionals. I thought 3month program from Miall might be too long but I was able to lose weight with the healthy weight loss program. I lost 7 kgs already and it hasn’t been 3 months yet! I am on the last year of high school and I had clear skin my whole life until last year. Due to the stress and lack of sleep I started getting a lot of pimples on my face.
