July 2024I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but choosing a place for a procedure is a big decision, so hopefully I can help someone undecided to choose this amazing hospital. 2 weeks ago I flew to Thailand from Australia for a rhinoplasty at PPSI. Absolutely incredible standards, on par with Sydney hospitals. Amazing service from nurses during my stay, my surgeon; Dr. Piyapas Pichaichanarong was very professional and kind. The recovery was very quick and painless, making the surgery feel a lot less invasive than it was. Absolutely every question I had was answered during my consultation, leaving me with no doubts or worries. Be aware when getting a nose job that the results take around 6 months to fully develop, so don't get discouraged if it is very swollen when the cast first comes off! My only minor criticism would be the initial difficulty communicating via email. Sometimes it would take a few days to get a reply and have my questions answered. If this was fixed, it would be a lot easier for foreigners looking for cosmetic surgery to be equipped with all the information they need. Kind, professional, attentive nurses and doctors and amazing results so far, for a quarter of the Australian price. I am surprised there are not more reviews for PPSI (part of Bangkok hospital), so if anyone has any questions, I can only answer from my personal experience. feel free to reach out! July 2024I had an operation with Dr. Sanguan Kunaporn 4 months ago, after removing the corset the day after the operation, the breasts looked terrible, a hundred times worse than they were before this operation, the doctor said not to be upset that in 6 months the breasts will be much better, he smiled and tried to calm me down, but this was not my first operation and I saw a very strong asymmetry between the two breasts and different shapes, plus the doctor made very large scars about 10 cm under the breast, and the implant was only 340, in addition to all this before When I arrived at the clinic from another country, I initially discussed implants of size 415-420 for my breasts and they were confirmed to me, but after meeting with the doctor, he refused to place them and said that he knew better, if I did not agree with his opinion, then he would not to have surgery, although my breasts were already 410 and I didn’t understand why he was against the same size, but he guaranteed that my breasts would be better, my breasts would be perfect, that his reputation was more important to him, that he wouldn’t do anything bad, in the end 4 months have passed, the breasts are different, one breast is crooked and sticks out in lumps, strong ripping, and sagging skin on the areole, different position of the halo, the doctor’s assistant said to wait 6 months, after that if nothing changes, then perhaps I will have a second operation, but this not exactly, I sent a claim through the doctor’s assistant with all the photos and video evidence of the unsuccessful operation, a month passed, I did not receive any official response. The assistant says wait 6 months, the lawyer said that they are deliberately stalling for time because after 6 months the court will no longer consider my claims according to the law, it will be too late. This is how they try to protect themselves. I was forced to go to another surgeon for a consultation, they did an ultrasound, it turned out that the implants are in different layers of tissue and muscles, but the worst thing is that one of the implants is turned in the opposite direction, which is why my breasts are very different, the doctor installed the implant backwards forward, or he turned over during the operation, I wore a corset for 3 months after the operation, as the doctor demanded, my breasts were still crooked, I regret that I chose this doctor and clinic, I don’t know what kind of reputation this doctor can talk about , when the size of the implants was chosen incorrectly and one of the implants was inserted backwards, this was visible immediately after the operation, now they are silent and do not promise the operation at their own expense. In general, the conclusion is that this is just a business flow for the sake of money, they are of little interest to the moral and physical condition of the patients after the operation, I did not think that I would have to sue and demand compensation through the court for a medical error, since they are not ready to solve this problem peacefully.
