August 2015I went with Dr. Soto because a good friend of mine recommended him. She was so happy with the results from her surgery that she irradiated happiness everywhere she went. Once I contacted the personnel everything went by quick and smoothly, I couldn’t have been in better hands, Dr. Soto immediately understood the change I wanted to do without over exaggerating my features, everything natural. His magnificent services have allowed me to leave the past where it belongs, behind me. Those areas of my body that traumatized me and that I always tried to hide were changed for the good. I also, must not ignore the fact that he was always pendant of my case and in touch. He explained everything since the very beginning, what would be the optimum result, how I had to take care and how I never experienced any unbearable pain since my recovery went by very quick and with visible results. May 2015I want to thank Dr. Soto for accepting doing my surgery, because, after four former surgeries it was very difficult for doctors to agree on doing more. My experience with my nose surgeries were unpleasant, the first one I got was because of a hit I got when I was 20 years old. My parents didn’t have any money and took me to see an otolaryngologist as an emergency, after that, my nose wasn’t fine and it wasn’t pretty either. As years went by, I went back to see the doctor and he told me my nose surgery had gone wrong and that it needed to be corrected, I had the illusion that it would look better than before so he did the surgery and another after two months and so on until he performed three surgeries in a period of six months. I thought that being an otolaryngologist he knew what he was doing, so seven years went by and a friend of mine told that I could get my nose corrected at the General Hospital, I didn’t think any doctor would want to perform a surgery on my very damaged nose, I was very afraid to have it go through all that again because on top of it, I always had local anesthetics when I got operated and it was traumatizing. The experience I have from all the personnel that assisted me at this hospital were excellent, they scheduled my surgery with general anesthetics; it gave me a lot of confidence when I was asked to take me a tomography, that other doctors commented and studied my case and that you, Dr. Soto agreed to perform the surgery. Maybe it is not the nose you would have liked for me to have as you told me, if you had been the one who corrected the problem from the start but for me, it really feels amazing to be able to breathe through my nose after 22 years and I do like my nose how it looks now than how it looked before. I no longer feel that it looks like Michael Jackson’s nose, now, my nose is proportioned to the size of my face and my nostrils are more open, so, I am very happy with the result and with how my nose is right now. Another thing I would like to thank you Dr., and that I was very surprised to get from you, is your patience and your kindness. I had the opportunity to be witness to how you treat all your patients with such kindness, trust me doctor, that in a government institution and for the experiences that I have been through I am very surprised your treat to your patients. It is the best thing to talk with a person like that. I congratulate you because you are always going to have a lot of patients.
