November 2023During a holiday in Antalya in November my health suddenly deteriorated. I had strong dizziness, high blood pressure etc. After contacting our insurance provider Allianz, a doctor arrived at our hotel and after examining me she contacted the Yasam hospital. The hospital urgently sent an ambulance which brought me and my husband. I was seen straightaway. I was examined by a laryngologist, a cardiologist and neurologist Dr Arif Celiker. They ran multiple test, including an MRI scan. I was given all the necessary medication and was looked after by nurses 24h a day. I was in an individual room, with meals for me and my husband and he was offered a bed in my room as well. I have never encountered such excellent medical care. I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff, especially Dr Arif Celiker. I would also like to add that the hospital provides interpreters in multiple languages. I was helped a lot by Ms Joanna whom I also would like to thank. This hospital is top class.
