With over seven thousand islands making up the Philippines, there is much diversity to explore. Manila, the national capital, is one of the most densely populated cities in the world and is ideal for those who love the hustle and bustle of modern city life. If you prefer a cooler climate, you might prefer the Baguio mountain weather - the city being located at an altitude of 1450 meters above sea level.
Other sites worthy of exploration include Tagbilaran, the historical site of the Sandugo, and Vigan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for the fusion of European and Filipino architecture.
Sagging can be caused by your genetic makeup or it could be part of the aging process. Weight loss could also be a factor, but it is recommended in these instances that your weight has remained constant for twelve months before considering a butt lift.

After an initial consultation, the procedure starts with an incision being made across the lower back from hip bone to hip bone. You will administered anesthetic beforehand. The length of the incision is dependant upon the size of reduction that is desired. If there is excess fat in the hip region, liposuction may be performed above the incision to remove it. Generally, liposuction is not performed in the buttock during the lift.
Using internal sutures, fat and hanging skin in the buttock is undermined and raised to a new position using internal sutures. After any excess skin has been removed, the incision is closed with sutures.
The duration of the surgery depends on how much skin and fat needs to be removed, although the process is generally completed within three to six hours. The procedure is usually performed under a general anesthetic, but you may be administered a combination of local anesthesia and sedation.
Afterward, you may be required to wear a compression garment and have surgical drains in place to remove any fluid.
You will experience some discomfort once the anesthetic has worn off and you will be swollen and red for a number of weeks, possibly months, after the procedure. You will not be discharged until you are able to move around and walk comfortably.
It will usually take two to three weeks for you to be able to carry out your everyday activities normally, but it is recommended that you avoid strenuous activities, including lifting, for at least a month.
Prices vary widely depending on the nature of your surgery, but in the Philippines breast lifts cost, on average, around AUD $5,500 (US $4,200, CAD $5,400, £3,000 GBP, €3,800) compared to AUD $19,000 (US $13,500, CAD $18,800, £9,400 GBP, €12,000) in Australia.
Prices vary, depending on which country you go to, but you can usually make savings around 70% in most cases, and sometimes even more.
