Updated I am now really satisfied as a patient with my results, today I went to the office to see Dr Arturo Muñoz Mesa. I was greeted by the nurses Ms. Consuelo and Ms. Pati and then went to the back office. I tell you; it was exciting to see the result as Dr Arturo Muñoz removed all tape and nose guard; ensured that it all was cleansed and even cut a few hairs and noses I had that needed trimming. I tell you they do care! to have a good presentation of your nose before you see it in the mirror. Dr Arturo Muñoz Mesa and the nurses were excited for me as well. By this point, I am looking at my nose for the first time after surgery. I was being modest in my reaction at first. I was just looking at it from the front view. I said...Doc! you did a Good Job! on my nose. Perfect! Thank you! Then Dr Arturo Muñoz passes me another mirror and says go ahead look at it. Look at It now with this handheld mirror and I see the side view of the result. By this time, I was incredibly impressed by the change from before and after. Now without thinking how to respond; my natural immediate reaction was “Ahh dam looks good! Uh-oh! shITz”; Now I see it. I am very Happy! By now, words can’t describe the gratitude I have. I gave them a hug because, how could I Thank them for something, that is priceless and will be on my face for the rest of my life; my nose which it is now perfect! in my opinion, and most importantly now I can breathe better. Dr Arturo Muñoz Mesa is charismatic, warm warm-hearted, and made me laugh with a song, he had that correlated with the things that patients do to look their best version.
