April 2025We delivered our baby at Thomson on 25th April. The team was nothing but incredibly supportive and helpful during our challenging labor. I had an extensive birth plan that we crafted with our doula, and the nurses were so thoughtful about following all our wishes as much as possible. I especially wanted to shout out these individuals - nurses Noemi, Honeyca, Krizel and the nurses who were on shift before them. I was in significant discomfort and fear but they really helped ease me through the experience even when there were challenges like the epidural falling out. A big thank you also to Jessica and Jenny who took care of us after the birth and making sure I was healing well. Finally the lactation consultant Kacey who's dedicated approach to her work saw her come back multiple times to make sure I was latching alright and she really took the time to educate us on how to have a good start with my baby and we are still using her tips even now! Thanks Thomson team for everything!

July 2024Dr Beh Suan Tiong is such a caring gynae.. explained every detail to me & provided me with a few suggestions before i decided to remove my fibroids on 9-Jul 2024.. I've stayed at TMC from 9-12 Jul 2024 Premier Ward 515.. The nurses are awesome.. they took very good care of me.. ensure that my stay is comfortably & my well-being.. especially thanks to Jasmine Joy, Ethylene Pristine, Sarah Yi, Faye & their team for their caring & attentive towards me.. A very big thank you to the Team!

June 2017Really appreciate and thankful to all the nurses who work hard during 23-26 May at level 6. I see how they had been working hard in taking care of all the babies. Encouragement and advises will given to us by the nurses. I was too busy with my baby that I had forgotten to notice the name of a Malay nurse. She encouraged my wife and shared her experience of being a mother. Excellent services and thumb up to all the nurses and staff in Thomson medical.

April 2017Wife currently admitted at TMC premium single room. So far so good. Nurses and staff I've met so far are friendly even though I can see that its crowded this weekend. I read a few bad comments from specific staff but thankfully I have not come across them. Will be discharged on 1 May (Labour day.. lol). Will update my rating to 5 if all continues to goes smoothly. Update: Discharge was relatively smooth. Initially opted for express checkout but changed my mind. Settled the billed for my wife and baby upon discharged since my baby needed to stay for 1 more day. Visited my baby at night and continued to be impressed by the staff. I was at level 5.
