About Dr. I Made Suka Adnyana
Dr. I Made Suka Adnyana, a renowned plastic surgeon, is a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), as well as the Indonesian Medical Association and the Indonesian Association of Plastic Surgeons. He specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery, having completed his medical degree at Udayana University School of Medicine in 2003 before pursuing further specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Airlangga University in 2010. Dr. Adnyana also completed a fellowship in Craniofacial Reconstructive Surgery at Showa University, Japan in 2014.

September 2024I am horrified to share this review. There are people who said “don’t get beauty treatments in Bali” & they were correct. I am in my 30’s and although I’m no-where near ready for a face lift, u had subtle areas of lost volume and sagging skin so therefore I went to get my first ever thread lift with Dr sissy - requesting officially PDO threads - as I was aware they dissolve within 6-8 months (incase I didn’t like the results.) During the appointment I also enquired about a nose thread lift to help refine and slim my nose tip. 18 months later I am mortified with the results. Dr sissy chose to use PLLA threads (last 24 months minimum, make permanent changes to the nose due to scar tissue and collagen build up) and are NOT DISSOLVABLE. The plla nose threads ruined my nose, the results have destroyed my profile. They were not inserted straight - and for me to have them removed it can take over 5 years for the results to diminish, I am unable to have them dissolved, and they need to be surgically removed which is extremely expensive and also leaves obvious scarring. I NEVER EVER would have allowed this treatment if I was made aware the threads were not PDO (safe for first time use as can be dissolved or disappear in around 6 months.) and instead she put Aptos (PLLA.) which has ruined my face. When I realized the error the clinic reception became almost impossible to reach, no responsive, insensitive and all their messages are “disappearing chats” on WhatsApp. This clinic has a lack of care, lack of professionalism and I have found many reviews of botched jobs online. Don’t make the same mistake I did. One of the worst experiences of my life. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC

Dr Suka Adnyana, my plastic surgeon, Dr Sissy Surya and all supporting medical personnel were absolutely wonderful. I had such a good experience! I would recommend the doctors and this hospital to anyone who wants to have a plastic surgery. Care and after surgery support is at the high level in BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua. Thank you!
