I gave birth at BNH in November, and I cannot recommend this hospital for delivery. Our plan for a natural birth was not followed, and the communication from the entire team was very poor. The anesthesiologist could not speak English at all, and there was no one to assist us in understanding the situation. We felt as though we were not being listened to, nor were we informed about what was happening. We had to ask questions, but most of the time, we received no answers. BNH does not meet the standards expected from an international hospital when it comes to delivery services. They are very insistent on pushing for a c-section, and even though doctors stated that a natural birth is the best, they seemed to find every excuse to avoid it. It felt as if they were more focused on making money rather than listening to our preferences and providing the care we expected.

going to this hospital for years, living in bangkok for 13 years, but last month my wife gave birth of our son at BNH Hospital, was a nightmare, our son was moved to ICU just after he was born without clear explanations, they call themself international hospital but nobody speak english. the way they treat us ( as clients not as patients) was terrible, playing with the life of our new born son and we our fears to make us spend of much money as we can. we endep up spending 5 times what they told us it will cost us, ruined our family and our birth experience. when we asked to talk to the management, we faced robots not humans, we asked for help they didnt care and didnt let us take our son till we pay what they asked. those people are are thief and inhuman, even i explained them as if they help us we will stay ( all the family) regular customers to their hospital. i strongly recommend to avoid this place, there is hospital like ST louis much cheaper and the new MED park on rama 4 where you feel much more welcome. never again
