Absolutely incredible job! I’m so happy I came here! My primary surgeon was Dr Adrian Nieto. I did mommy make over which included tummy tuck, breast lift and implants, liposuction of my back and hips. They did absolutely amazing job. My results are so much better than I was hoping for! Stitches are just amazing! And the whole experience felt really personal! Everyone in the institute took such a great care about me. Pain was medicated really well. If I didn’t use my belly muscles pain level was on 0. Overall I was in discomfort for a week. And after that I got better and better. Recovery is going really well. Now I’m 4 weeks post op and my results look absolutely stunning! Also I want to say thank you to our nurse Maria. She was taking care of me at home. She is also part of team. My family and I flew to Cuncun from San Francisco. We rented Airbnb right in front of the clinic. It was extremely convenient. Also we rented a wheel chair so I could go out. I also did Botox a week after my surgery. In total we stayed for 3 weeks. Recommend!

If you’re reading this then you’re in the same situation my wife and I were a year ago. Stop reading reviews and contact Riviera right now! We looked at multiple surgeons in Northern California. They gave us terrible service, were insanely expensive (seriously, quotes around $60-70k for a tummy tuck), and just wanted to push Ozempic. In contrast, Riviera were attentive, gentle, listened to all our concerns and questions, and honestly we got a MUCH better quality outcome than our friends who went with US surgeons. Plus my wife ended up getting a whole set of mommy makeover procedures for 1/3rd the price of just the tummy tuck alone in Cali. It would be insane to get surgery literally anywhere else. Your decision shouldn’t be between Riviera and somewhere else, it should be between surgery at Riviera or no surgery at all. My advice: book with them now. Get an Airbnb within 1-2 blocks of the hospital. Book their nurse María to come stay overnight with you for the first few nights post-op (get an Airbnb with an extra bedroom for her). Hire a wheelchair or mobility scooter (if you won’t be able to walk postop) from Cancun Accessible. They’ll organise transport from the airport for you, and after that you can Uber everywhere much cheaper and easier than using taxis (including getting back to the airport). We’re planning to go back every 1-2 years from now on, and we’re still in frequent contact with them via WhatsApp. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
