This modern clinic has been in existence since 2001, with an entire chain of branches located across Bangkok and other areas of the country, such as Phuket. Treatments are administered under the supervision of our founder, Dr. Nantapat Supapannachart, a specialist in aesthetic medicine who is a member of several professional organizations, including the International Society of Dermatology, the American Board of Laser Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology.

December 2023Review Do NOT engage with this clinic. They are a bunch of thieves who are dishonest, unprofessional and cannot be trusted. This clinics strategy is to lie and cheat foreigners into paying absurd amounts of money for procedures which I do not believe they are equipped to carry out. From reading previous negative reviews of people who went ahead and paid these prices ended up dissatisfied. Originally I booked with this clinic at the beginning of the year on the basis of an official quote given at 85,000 baht. I have this in writing in several emails and was agreed and confirmed on with a consultation and even the procedure booked in. Around 4 - 5 months or so later I then emailed again to confirm the dates of consultation and procedure / pricing etc. They emailed back confirming the appointment but then tried to tell me the pricing that was originally agreed on was now something ridiculous like 200,000 baht which is more than double the price and not even a price that one would pay in New Zealand, an expensive country. After I made it clear to them I was not going to proceed and forwarded the emails of agreed pricing they then come back and explained that there had been a misunderstanding and they had accidentally sent me the wrong pricing for another procedure they would I was also interested in. They confirmed the original agreed price and procedure and said they would honour this.. we gave them the benefit of the doubt and put it down to a miscommunication via email so we then booked our flights for Bangkok. A day or so before we were supposed to fly out to Bangkok, I emailed them again confirming I would be arriving as planned and discussed timing with them. They emailed me back telling me that they had my details and appointment confirmed but now their promotional pricing had suddenly “ended” and I would now have to pay 180,000 baht. I immediately cancelled my appointment and consider myself very lucky to have dodged a bullet - thank god I hadn’t paid any deposit or proceeded with them. These people are thieves and cannot be trusted with money let alone the services they provide. Avoid! Upon reading their recent positive reviews they all appear to be “new” accounts, clearly fake. This clinic should be shut down.

December 2018I wanted cool sculpting. I was quoted $1800 in Australia for the large device. That is what was recommended. I went to the clinic explain what I wanted. The lady did not listen, told me it was $2400 and I need three treatments. I explain that I could afford one treatment with the large device. Oh, you cdn’t afford the treatment, bye. This was her response. I felt rather awkward.
