September 2018Outstanding is the only word I can use to appropriately assess and rate this wonderful, professional, caring and commited Clinic. From day one to the day after the surgery I have never been more impressed by any company or organisation than that of F Clinic. Miss Piya the clinic manager, attentive, outstanding time keeping, replies to every email, answered every phone call, explained everything in English for me and Thai for my very nervous girlfriend. Before during and after surgery the attention to detail, information and care was better than 5 star. Everything she said they would do was done and more. My girlfriend knew exactly what she wanted for her breast augmentation, size shape and type of Silicone. The outstandingly talented Dr Siwat Luanruksa produced results beyond any previous expectations. The new breasts are perfect in every way and post op there is almost zero pain. The clinic is spotless, it’s smells Devine as soon as you walk through the door, the decor is palatial, the staff are friendly and attentive. The after care for 24 hours in the private room was flawless and having a one to one nurse who stays with you all night was incredible and she was fantastic. The food was tasty and fresh, the room had air con, a fridge, tv comfy bed and sofa. A toilet and shower nearby and it was very secure too. On leaving the next day all medicine and pills were given and clearly marked with instructions. A parking space right outside the door when we left in our own car and a small bouquet of pretty dried flowers as a parting gift. I am a very thorough individual and I researched and visited numerous clinics in Bangkok, this clinic exceeded all we wished for. The icing on the cake was the price, it was very competitive, and something of great importance was the fact the price we were quoted is all we paid. No add ons no extras no hard sell. Absolutely everything was provided and catered for and it was one payment one bill. It doesn’t stop there either, we’ve already had follow up calls, subtle reminders to take the appropriate medication and a personal phone number to call At any time to answer questions or give advice we may need. There is so many positives and superlatives about F clinic I could write pages and pages. This is a genuine review, I’m a retired police officer from England and lived in Thailand for 3 years. My girlfriend is Thai and we were both very careful about what company we chose to do this surgery. Miss Piya, you are a credit to your profession your attention to detail and reliability is incredible and your kindness and support to my very nervous girlfriend was greatly appreciated.
