January 2022I had a surgury on 12 Jan 2022 at Dr Arslan's Clinic and have very positive overall experience. First of all it was excellent communication and organisation: everything on time, very smooth meeting and transfers from/to airport/hotel, very good accomodation. Clinic itself is nice and clean, has all facilities. Doctor Arslan is very professional and experienced specialist. He accepts only 1 patient per day. Clinic followed all agreements have been made previously and there were no hidden costs, oversales, price per-graft etc. It is all inclusive fixed price as it is advertised. December 2021I really have no regrets for choosing this clinic. Very comforting and reassuring first contacts with Anais (in French). No commercial and pressing side that immediately puts you in confidence. An extremely well organized trip from start to finish, we didn't take care of anything. The operation with Dr. Arslan went very well. A doctor who speaks French, very professional and who immediately puts you at ease. And above all an operation that takes place in HIS clinic and not in a room rented in a large clinic for the day as some do. And above all, what was very important to me: perfect postoperative follow-up. Because after returning to France we always have questions and Anais was always there to answer them and reassure us because we always tend to want everything to be done quickly and of course you have to be patient.
