The OUE Downtown Branch is run by Dr Yong Lok Sze. Dr Yong, who graduated as a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) from the Royal Free University College London Medical School in the United Kingdom, being awarded a distinction in medical sciences for her achievements in her undergraduate studies.

After returning to Singapore, she underwent training in various medical specialties including General Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, as well as studying several subspecialties such as pain medicine, paediatrics, cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery and surgical intensive care. Dr Yong is accredited by the Family Physician Accreditation Board, Singapore as a Family Physician, and is also a member of the College of Family Physicians, Singapore. Her special interests include chronic disease management, sexual health, women’s health, aesthetic and preventive medicine, along with other fields such as:
