May 2022This hospital is a top-class service. They are well organized, professional, and honest. All the staff were lovely and caring and made sure you have well looked after. They do lots of tests to make sure that you are fit for the surgery. The staff allows you to ask them anything and have very good English so you can understand everything. It was two members of staff who went the extra mile Denise and Nesrin. I was having the surgery alone and they made the journey so easy and not terrifying. I felt as though I was not alone. They both were so genuine, kind, and happy. Without these two I would have found the process a lot harder. I will be back in the future. Doctor Manny also was a very good and cool doctor. He gave you the time to ask questions and also spoke with you on a personal level. Thank you to everyone for everything. You were great.

April 2022I felt very comfortable as everything was explained at each stage. My gastric sleeve for weight loss surgery was done in this clinic as recommended by a friend who did hers in 2020. From the moment I contacted Dr Mani, I felt very comfortable from the way he answered my questions. On arrival at the airport, a very friendly driver picked me and my sister to the hospital. I was quite impressed by how organised they were. I was admitted in a very comfortable room and my sister also had a bed. Pre operation test started that same night and in the morning I was given a full medical Check prior to my operation and I was very impressed by the modern equipment and cleaning in place. I felt very comfortable as everything was explained at each stage. After my surgery on the 23/03/2022, I had a little pain but did not struggle because very outstanding nurses were up to date with pain killers and IV fluid. A few hours after, I was able to walk up and down the corridor. Following surgery, Dr Mani and his team checked in on me daily. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. An informative lecture was given to me by dietitian Eren. My sister was also well looked after by the team. We were moved to a beautiful hotel that was paid by the hospital as I booked to stay a little longer but it was not a problem to Dr Mani. The driver and the media Coodinator took us around the city when we needed them. It was like a holiday to us. Dr Mani have been replying to every question I have asked since returning home in the UK. I am looking forward to going back there after my weight loss. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who might need their service.

March 2022The hospital was clean, and everything was very well organised. So this is an honest review! I think the surgeons did a fantastic Job and thats what you need from a Bariatric surgery. Dr Mani did my Endoscopy followed by Dr Bulbuller doing the sleeve. I had Erin and a lovely girl (im sorry, whose name I can't remember) take care of translation and being there as I got my scans/dietician class done. The hospital was clean, and everything was very well organised. The nurses knew exactly how to take care of you. There was a point where I thought I was having a heart attack as the pain from the gastric sleeve travelled to my neck and left arm (I later found out this is completely normal), but because the nurses didn't speak perfect English I was worried they was not understanding me properly but they actually way. They did tell me it was normal but everyone thinks there is that one person who goes wrong with all I can say is they were sweethearts about it and took care of me very well. I will say though, despite that little scare I gave myself I was definitely in perfect hands, and should the nurses have noticed something off I can tell they would have sorted/treat is asap. They was ever so kind and friendly too! There was a few other girls who went a similar time as me and the Drs wanted them to stay longer as their recoveries weren't as smooth and mine. (Not because of the surgery but down to the individual and how they tolerate pain etc) but it's good to know the Drs are happy to keep you in and take care of you. The food wasn't great but it never is when you first come out of surgery and can only have liquid. So they do quite well with what they can! Theres filtered water so water isnt a problem and the rooms either come with a spare bed or a comfortable pull out sofa bed/arm chair. Oh and even the anaesthetist and surgical team were very nice! Everyone was just so friendly and I'm very happy with my choice to have gone here over other places in Turkey. This is an authentic general private hospital, nothing all posh and fancy and it was the safeness of being in a hospital rather than a clinic that reassured me even more that I was in great hands. In fact I loved them all that much I plan to get skin removal there. They also keep in contact over WhatsApp should I have any worried/fears or questions If I had to fault anything it would be that I had no fan facilities, and the air con didn't work in a winter month of February (18 degrees Celsius is warm for me). So if you suffer with heat like me you may want to take a small hand held fan!
