Really appreciate and thankful to all the nurses who work hard during 23-26 May at level 6. I see how they had been working hard in taking care of all the babies. Encouragement and advises will given to us by the nurses. I was too busy with my baby that I had forgotten to notice the name of a Malay nurse. She encouraged my wife and shared her experience of being a mother. Excellent services and thumb up to all the nurses and staff in Thomson medical.

Wife currently admitted at TMC premium single room. So far so good. Nurses and staff I've met so far are friendly even though I can see that its crowded this weekend. I read a few bad comments from specific staff but thankfully I have not come across them. Will be discharged on 1 May (Labour day.. lol). Will update my rating to 5 if all continues to goes smoothly. Update: Discharge was relatively smooth. Initially opted for express checkout but changed my mind. Settled the billed for my wife and baby upon discharged since my baby needed to stay for 1 more day. Visited my baby at night and continued to be impressed by the staff. I was at level 5.

overall the service is good.. the midwife at the delivery suite and the nurses here are friendly.. I really wanted to thanks the midwife (Indian lady) at the delivery suite, who really taking very good care of my wife.. she keep claiming down my wife and had really shown her concern to my wife when she was in pain.. although I forget to take down your name but lucky you and my wife took the photo together.. I would really like to thank you in here for your caring and excellent service during my wife deliver.. the ward cleaner and kitchen staffs are well approached and even not their job they also willing to assist.. Doctor Adrian Woodworth is a great and fatherly doctor.. really thankful to him and we got our baby princess delivered safe and healthy.. will work hard for our second child and definitely will come back to doctor Adrian and TMC..
